Identification of any key risks or regulatory concerns relevant to the transaction.
A step-by-step guide outlining how to move forward, including any further due diligence or documentation required.
A summary of proposed fees, timelines, and the scope of services should the client wish to proceed to full transaction support.
This report serves as a foundation for informed decision-making and ensures all parties are aligned before committing to a full engagement.
