Unfortunately we do not provide any financial services or investment advice to individuals. This type of finance is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, and is therefore not in the scope of our services. 

We offer a variety of loans to businesses including:

• Term loans: These are loans that are repaid over a fixed period of time, typically 1-5 years.
• Asset-based lending: This type of loan is secured against the assets of the business, such as inventory or equipment.
• Invoice discounting: This is a type of short-term financing that allows businesses to get paid for their invoices before they are due.
• Loan notes on the Luxembourg stock exchange: This is a type of debt security that is issued by businesses and traded on the Luxembourg stock exchange.
• Mergers and acquisitions: We can help businesses with mergers and acquisitions, including finding suitable partners, negotiating the terms of the deal, and providing financing.

The eligibility criteria for our loans vary depending on the type of loan. However, in general, we require businesses to have a good credit history, three years accounts (ideally with audited financials), a solid business plan and/or product, strong Management Team, and a clear strategy for repaying the loan.

The application process for our loans is simple and straightforward. You can apply online by filling out the Basic KYC Form here. If we have options for providing funding for your business, we will need to collect some information about your business, such as your financial statements, business plan, etc. 

The time it takes to get approved for a loan depends on the type of loan and the amount of information you provide. In general, it takes 2 to 7 business days to get approved for a loan. 

The interest rates and fees for our loans vary depending on the type of financing we provide. Once you have applied for a loan, we will issue a Term Sheet that clearly outlines all the loan parameters, including the rates and fees. 

There are always risks associated with borrowing money. We take steps to minimize these risks by carefully assessing the financial condition of a business before approving loans.
